Welcome to the world of bodywork. It is my sincere honor to be an active role in your journey of wellness and vitality. My goal is to learn about you and how to best assist you on your path to a healthy and happy lifestyle. My experience in the field of bodywork is quite extensive. I have studied many modalities and have worked with thousands of people from all over the world. I will work with you to create a therapeutic experience depending on your current needs. 

If trying massage is a new approach to your journey of renewed health and healing, I encourage and support you in your efforts to explore your options. I will be sensitive to your current situation and do my best to create an atmosphere in which you feel you are on the right path. I appreciate that you are opening yourself to the possibility of becoming a new client with me.

Location

My massage practice is located in the Bikram Yoga studio at the Parkway Plaza. 181 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon, California 92020. We are at the east end of the mall by Office Depot and Best Buy. Please visit  www.bikramelcajon.com for highway directions and/or additional information about the yoga.
